There are more protections as a medical marijuana patient. In Massachusetts you can possess the following amounts with a MMJ card.
Flower: Up to 60 days’ supply may be recommended, which is determined to be around 10 oz.
Concentrates: 1 gram = 5.3 grams of raw flower. This suggests that there is a maximum of approximately 50 g of concentrate for medical patients.
